屋塵螨過敏原
背景簡介:
支氣管哮喘(bronchial asthma,簡稱哮喘)是一種以嗜酸性粒細胞、肥大細胞反應為主的氣道變應性炎癥和氣道反應性為特征的疾病。由于哮喘的發病機制復雜,病因與發病機理尚不明了,臨床實驗受倫理及方法限制,因此需要通過構建哮喘動物模型來研究疾病發生發展以及制定相應治療措施。塵螨是常見的空氣過敏原,85%的哮喘患者對塵螨過敏。屋塵螨是一種免疫復合物,能夠激活先天免疫和后天免疫應答。研究表明,HDM中的蛋白酶,如胰蛋白酶樣酶,催過敏有促進作用,從而導致過敏幾天對塵螨的過敏反應。
利用塵螨誘發動物建立哮喘模型,方法簡便,操作性強,且成功率高。
美國Greer 公司專注于過敏原檢測,提供各種動物、植物及食品、真菌等各種過敏原提取物。塵螨過敏原提取物,廣泛應用于哮喘模型的制備。

產品應用:
1.該產品為凍干粉,一般推薦客戶參照COA中的蛋白濃度做稀釋,客戶收到貨后用去離子水或蒸餾水稀釋至相應工作濃度或儲液濃度。比如:2.5ml包裝的,加入2.5ml水,因為每個批次的蛋白含量有差異,可根據質檢報告,計算終濃度。客戶也可依據自身實驗要求,稀釋到任意濃度。
2.過敏原稀釋后,如果一次用不完,推薦分裝后-20℃保存(可分裝成使用濃度后保存)。可凍融一次,解凍后,在一周內用完。
3.凍干粉過敏原效期為10年。
4.常見的兩個比較相似的產品:B82 和B84,B82 和B84,均只代表D.pteronyssinus,不是實際訂貨貨號,D.pteronyssinus產品分粗制品和凍干粉,實貨都是凍干粉。凍干粉是粗品進一步純化后的產品。B82和B84在粗品階段,只在純度上有細微差別,貨號分別為:RMB82M 和RMB84M。凍干粉的D.pteronyssinus只有XPB82D3A2.5這一個貨號(是由粗品RMB82M純化后獲得。)
