玻連蛋白和纖溶酶原激活物抑制劑1型是在循環(huán)系統(tǒng)和細(xì)胞周圍區(qū)域相互作用以調(diào)節(jié)纖維蛋白溶解，細(xì)胞粘附和遷移的蛋白質(zhì)。纖溶酶原激活物抑制劑1型，絲氨酸蛋白酶，通過其與血漿蛋白質(zhì)玻連蛋白的結(jié)合，影響作為止血過程的關(guān)鍵調(diào)節(jié)劑的過程，例如血栓形成和傷口愈合。此外，玻連蛋白和纖溶酶原激活物抑制劑1型復(fù)合物在腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移等事件中調(diào)節(jié)血小板和細(xì)胞與細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的結(jié)合。玻連蛋白的血漿濃度為200至400μg/ ml。
