閱讀：671 發布時間：2016-8-31Posi-flate流量控制閥又稱400X流量控制閥，是一種采用高精度先導方式控制流量的多功能閥門。適用于配水管需控制流量和壓力的管路中，保持預定流量不變，將過大流量限制在一個預定值，并將上游高壓適當減低，即使主閥上游的壓力發生變化，也不會影響主閥下游的流量。其連接方式分為法蘭式與螺紋式；焊接式。控制調節方式分為自動與手動。

1、一改常規節流閥使用孔板或純機械的減小流域面積的原理，利用相關導閥，zui大限度地減小能量在節流過程中的損失
2、控制靈敏度高，安全可靠，調試簡便，使用壽命長。
流量控制閥可在沒有外接電源的情況下，自動實現系統的流量平衡。是通過保持孔板（固定孔徑）前后壓差一定而實現流量限定的，因此，也可稱定流量閥。
定流量閥作用對象是流量，能夠鎖定流經閥門的水量，而不是針對阻力的平衡。他能夠解決系統的動態失調問題：為了保持單臺制冷機、鍋爐、冷卻塔、換熱器這些設備的率運行，就需要控制這些設備流量固定于額定值；從系統末端來看，為了避免動態調節的相互影響，也需要在末端裝置或分支處限制流量。
在設計中應注意的問題，流量控制閥的缺點是在于閥門有zui小工作差的要求，一般產品要求zui小工作壓差20KPa，如果安裝在zui不利回路上，勢必要求循環水泵多增加2米水柱的工作揚程，所以應采取近端安裝，遠端不安的方法。用戶離熱源距離大于供熱半徑的80%時就不要安裝這種流量控制閥。
