Posi-flate振蕩器是用來產(chǎn)生重復(fù)電子訊號(hào)(通常是正弦波或方波)的電子元件。其構(gòu)成的電路叫振蕩電路。能將直流電轉(zhuǎn)換為具有一定頻率交流電信號(hào)輸出的電子電路或裝置。種類很多,按振蕩激勵(lì)方式可分為自激振蕩器、他激振蕩器;按電路結(jié)構(gòu)可分為阻容振蕩器、電感電容振蕩器、晶體振蕩器、音叉振蕩器等;按輸出波形可分為正弦波、方波、鋸齒波等振蕩器。廣泛用于電子工業(yè)、醫(yī)療、科學(xué)研究等方面。
Posi-flate低頻振蕩器(low-frequency oscillator,或稱LFO)是指產(chǎn)生頻率在0.1赫茲到10赫茲之間交流訊號(hào)的振蕩器。這個(gè)詞通常用在音訊合成中,用來區(qū)別其他的音訊振蕩器。
振蕩器主要可以分成兩種:諧波振蕩器(harmonic oscillator)與弛張振蕩器(relaxation oscillator)。
主要適用于各大中院校、醫(yī)療、石油化工、衛(wèi)生防疫、環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)等科研部門作生物、生化、細(xì)胞、菌種等各種液態(tài)、固態(tài)化合物的振蕩培養(yǎng)。
自激多諧振蕩器也叫無穩(wěn)態(tài)電路.兩管的集電極各有一個(gè)電容分別接到另一管子的基極,起到交流耦合作用,形成正反饋電路,當(dāng)接通電源的瞬間,某個(gè)管子先通,另一只管子截止,這時(shí),導(dǎo)通管子的集電集有輸出,集電極的電容將脈沖信號(hào)耦合到另一只管子的基極使另一只管子導(dǎo)通.這時(shí)原來導(dǎo)通的管子截止.這樣兩只管子輪流導(dǎo)通和截止,就產(chǎn)生了震蕩電流。
由于器件不可能參數(shù)*一致,因此在上電的瞬間兩個(gè)三極管的狀態(tài)就發(fā)生了變化,這個(gè)變化由于正反饋的作用越來越強(qiáng)烈,導(dǎo)致到達(dá)一個(gè)暫穩(wěn)態(tài).暫穩(wěn)態(tài)期間另一個(gè)三極管經(jīng)電容逐步充電后導(dǎo)通或者截止,狀態(tài)發(fā)生翻轉(zhuǎn),到達(dá)另一個(gè)暫穩(wěn)態(tài).這樣周而復(fù)始形成振蕩。

Suitable for Many Different Applications
The VMAX vibrator is suitable for many different applications, including vibratory conveying, vibratory compacting and discharging of either dry or wet difficult to handle bulk solids from bins and hoppers. The VMAX linear vibrator is versatile with regard to most applications because its force output can be adjusted for a wide range of requirements by simply increasing the compressed air pressure and/or volume using conventional low cost air or electrical controls. The flexibility and range of the VMAX linear vibrator can be enhanced considerably by utilizing a two mass design, where the output force can be multiplied numerous times its normal maximum output. The VMAX linear vibrator can also be used to compact materials when filling containers to achieve maximum space utilization and save shipping costs.
Cost Performance Advantages
When designed into a vibratory conveyor for instance, the VMAX linear vibrator has tremendous cost and performance advantages over using an electric vibrating motor for the drive mechanism. This is because the VMAX linear vibrator starts and stops quickly and smoothly and is more controlled for significantly better performance. It does not go through a violent resonance phase like an electric vibrating motor. When an electric vibrating motor starts and/or stops, it goes through what is called a resonance phase, where the frequency of the vibrating system is at the natural frequency of the suspension. When this happens, amplification of movement occurs and the conveyor reacts violently. In addition, this violent movement takes some time to settle down and fully stop, which is not only detrimental for many applications, but can be costly to resolve as well.
Also, because the VMAX linear vibrator operates with compressed air, it is a natural for explosion proof applications and much safer to use. When used with filtered and lubricated compressed air, the VMAX linear vibrator requires only minimal maintenance.
