羊抗小鼠IgG-FITC,異硫氰酸熒光素標記
羊抗小鼠IgG用于理、化學、流氏學、學及自身抗體的之中的特異、靈敏、定性和定位相結合的化學試劑。熒光抗體的質量,除有多克隆與單克隆抗體之分,還可根據被標記抗體的純度、特異性及抗體球蛋白的類別而分為不同。我司所研制成的羊抗小鼠IgG-FITC-異硫氰酸熒光素標記抗體均為自己制備的抗血清,經純化成抗體IgG成分,采用我司建立的直接標記方法,將異硫氰酸熒光素(FITC科研用sigma產品)或異硫氰酸羅達明熒光素(紅色)(RBITC,Sigma產)共價交聯到抗體(IgG)分子的賴氨酸分子上,并經過純化、蛋白量、FITC、RBITC濃度及效價鑒定而制成。
【應用范圍】
- 用于、、梅螺旋體、鉤端螺旋體等微生物的抗原或抗體檢查。
- 用于自身的多種自身抗體熒光檢查,如抗核抗體,抗心肌抗體等。
- 因子等檢查的熒光流式儀測定。
- 白分型抗原的熒光染色。
- 組織及理中抗原,抗體檢查,如抗原檢查。
【主要性能】
- 每支0.5ml液體,含有0.03%NaN3
- IgG蛋白,濃度在5mg左右,FITC為Sigma異構體I,約在70~80μg/ml。495nm為大吸收峰,525nm熒光發射峰
- 工作濃度用0.01mol/L pH7.4PBS作1:10~1:20稀釋使用
- -20℃可保存一年,盡量少反復凍融,通稱抗體
