溫控器,是指根據(jù)工作環(huán)境的溫度變化,在開關(guān)內(nèi)部發(fā)生物理形變,從而產(chǎn)生某些特殊效應(yīng),產(chǎn)生導(dǎo)通或者斷開動(dòng)作的一系列自動(dòng)控制元件,也叫溫控開關(guān)、溫度保護(hù)器、溫度控制器,簡稱溫控器。或是通過溫度保護(hù)器將溫度傳到溫度控制器,溫度控制器發(fā)出開關(guān)命令,從而控制設(shè)備的運(yùn)行以達(dá)到理想的溫度及節(jié)能效果。
1、板式液壓支架底座的設(shè)計(jì)材料是固定的,通過優(yōu)化底座尺寸一方面可以節(jié)省設(shè)計(jì)材料,另一方面相當(dāng)于減輕了支架質(zhì)量,提高了支架隨工作面推進(jìn)的運(yùn)移速率,支架底座的主要構(gòu)成部件底板、橫筋板、豎筋板、插槽鋼及蓋板都需要具體的設(shè)計(jì);
2、進(jìn)行板式液壓支架底座尺寸優(yōu)化時(shí)需要考慮的目標(biāo)函數(shù)包括:
(1)底座強(qiáng)度需求,要求底座在不同工況條件下的集中應(yīng)力保持在極限強(qiáng)度以下;
(2)滿足剛度的要求下,底座各部位的變形量要控制在較低水平;
(3)盡可能降低支架重量;
3、支架底板的厚度應(yīng)該保持在一定范圍內(nèi),當(dāng)?shù)装搴穸冗^小時(shí),則底座的強(qiáng)度較低,容易在較大載荷作用下發(fā)生塑性屈服,而當(dāng)?shù)装搴穸冗^大時(shí),則底座的韌性和焊接穩(wěn)定性較低,同樣不利于支架的穩(wěn)定工作結(jié)語板式液壓支架在設(shè)計(jì)完成后還需要進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性校驗(yàn),支架底座主要起支撐支架及承擔(dān)底板載荷的功能,為了大程度地提升支架的經(jīng)濟(jì)性能,采用多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化方式對(duì)板式液壓支架的底座進(jìn)行尺寸優(yōu)化研究,主要結(jié)論如下:
