應(yīng)用于GC和HPLC樣品處理的在線固相萃取，萃取和進(jìn)樣一次完成
MEPS是樣品處理準(zhǔn)備方面的新突破，創(chuàng)造性地將傳統(tǒng)SPE處理量由毫升級(jí)微縮到微升級(jí)；MEPS適用多種SPE處理方式，包括反相、正相、混合模式以及離子交換等；其腔管和針頭組合成為進(jìn)樣針形式，并且可以與GC或LC的自動(dòng)進(jìn)樣結(jié)合，萃取和進(jìn)樣一次完成，提供方便的選擇性同時(shí)，大大降低了樣品處理的大量溶劑消耗和簡(jiǎn)化了樣品的處理手續(xù)。
