重慶市華雅干細胞技術有限公司代理的美國LONZA公司的凝膠法鱟試劑系列，本品為鱟科動物東方鱟（TachypleusTridentatus,Leach）的血液變形細胞溶解物的無菌冷凍干燥品，內含能被微量細菌內毒素激活的凝固酶原（Proclottingenzyme）和凝固蛋白原（Coagulogen）。在適宜的條件下（溫度，pH值及無干擾物質），細菌內毒素激活鱟試劑中的凝固酶原，使鱟試劑產生凝集反應形成凝膠。凝膠法鱟試劑是根據反應所形成凝膠的程度來*檢測細菌內毒素。
